An Australian family gets stuck in Atlanta after the outbreak of a virus that wakes the dead up. Chloena Simpson, a twenty years old daughter of four siblings loses her family in an attempt to escape a zombie attack in the city. She later finds herself stuck with a group of people who keep her safe and help her find her family members along the way.

Chloena falls for Daryl Dixon who at first acts violently towards her, but throughout their journey, they grow closer helping her survive a world ruled by the dead. 

It's a fanfiction story based on 'The Walking Dead' show, where a group of people from different backgrounds come together as one big family at the end of the world, traveling all across the country on a search for a place to call home.
