Why does this take place in the 1.13 update?

I originally started this fanfic when 1.13 was the current update. I had to either scrap the whole thing and start again or keep it as is.

Why Legacy Console rather than Bedrock or Java Edition?

Many started off using Legacy Console and I thought it would be cool to reflect back those memories when we were still noobs. Remember building your first house? Remember your first night? The first time you found diamonds? The first time you got killed by a creeper? Good times.

Can we ship the characters?

I'm not stopping you.

How long did it take you to write this?

I started writing sometime in the summer of 2019. I took a small break then went straight back to writing.

Do you make money off of this fanfic?

Nah, I don't feel like dealing with copyright laws and trying to put this off as fair use. I'm a writer, a poet, and a gamer just for fun. I'm also providing more parts of this story for free since we need something to do during the current situation.

Why did you do this?

Boredom I guess.

Why tf are there so many references to anime, TV shows, etc?

I made several anime references in this fanfic. Try and spot them all. If you see a reference to any anime or TV show or something else, feel free to highlight and comment what you saw. I will give a virtual high five if everyone could find all of these references. Yes, there is literally a reference in the first line but see if you can find what I'm hinting at.
