Sage is a bright light and a loving girl who lives her normal life as a regular teenager in high school. But although Sage looks like a happy and joyful girl on the outside, on the inside she's living in a state of agony and darkness that no one would ever expect from an optimistic girl like her. Sage eventually starts going through changes and starts making bad decisions. She begins to struggle with her identity, not knowing who she really is and why she's even here in a world where she loves others unconditionally but never receives it back. The only love she had ever experienced that was true and divine was of her parents, but her father who she had treasured over anyone, had passed, and her mother was emotionally broken over his loss, too busy trying to provide for the eight of them and failing to give them the love they desired. With a broken family of her six siblings and her mother, Sage is alone, fighting to find her identity, path, love, and the faith to go on... Can she find the thing she needs to make it out of all of this alive?
