Tommy and Julia are stuck in a time where there is a deadly virus, because of this virus it was turned animals were turned into mutants. The government wanted to see if humans could be turned into mutants and were killing people now. There are 7 divisions 2 people from each division and Tommy is convinced that 1 of the 2 people is given superhuman powers and he wants to get picked. Julia is scared like the rest of town.
