Mikka is a teenage boy with bad luck who struggles to fit everywhere, but his life is turned upside down when he's dragged into a strange world where the simplest of his customs are an oddity. Unable to return, he needs to adapt to his new lifestyle in the Kingdom of Eferia, a place where people see him as an alien or even worse, a lower form of life.
As the dark forces of Lord Zudai destroy the kingdom and break the barrier between dimensions, Mikka finds the opportunity to return to his world, but unable to leave the princess Azulia behind, he makes the craziest decision of his life and takes her with him back to Earth.
