I visited Mysore in India in January 2019. This story is how I spent one day during the trip. First, a yoga class where I was introduced to chanting mantras, then spending time at a home for abandoned children.  One of many inspirational people I met in Mysore, carrying out work to improve the lives of others.

Bhavesh leaned in closer to her lips almost touching his lips with hers and whispered "I missed you Jaya. So much that you can't even imagine it. I always craved for you. To be around you. To be with you. Did you miss me too?" Listening to him Jaya's breath hitched and she nodded her head as it seems her words were stucked in her throat. Not getting any verbal response Bhavesh removed his hands from the wall and cupped her jaw while pressing it and said "Answer me verbally biwi." Looking at his dark eyes Jaya stuttered her response "Ye... Yesss... I... I. missed you too." Hearing her reply there was a smile on Bhavesh face. He inclined his face more towards Jaya and whispered "If my biwi permits can I kiss her?" . . Jaya & Bhavesh were tied in a marriage at the tender age of 9 and 11. Getting separated after few months of marriage they both built their new life. Now after 9 years their union happened again. How will they help and support eachother. Will they be able to complete "CHAR KADAM" of their life by holding hands or will societal pressure will make them the typical couple of 1960's. Dive in to know.
