"Are... Are you going to come back?" I ask the black gooey skeleton. I bite my lip as I hold back my tears from falling. I grasp into the end of my gloves tightly. I look away from his gaze that seem to be a poker expression. Nightmare's gaze soften and I sight desperately.

"I'm... not sure. I'm not exactly what you think I am, Y/N. This is for your own good." He said with his usual deep voice as he gently place tentacle to pat me on my head. I bite my lip and pull him into a hug. 

"I don't care! I don't care what type of person you are. I just want to be with you Nightmare!" I spat out. I had mix emotions, I didn't know if I was sad, angry or worried. He was leaving... I didn't even know where he came from or what he is. I just wanted to stay by his side.

My life was rather boring and dull. Being a princess wasn't so fun after all. I don't want the throne nor do I want to be powerful. I just wanted to live normally and be free! Free to make a decision of my own, free to choose what path I want, and free to love someone I desire. 
Well, I knew life wouldn't be that easy.
