The girl and the Hag find themselves bonding over a series of twisted play dates, full of pathetic picnics, rock-throwing, and brushing knots and nests out of each other's hair.
When the pair are discovered sleeping under the stars together with no cares for the people they have supposedly worried, their lives are shaped into conformity, but the wildness interweaved between them is not a bond that will go quietly.
