What would happen if Hans went after Elsa and Anna stayed in Arendelle?

Hans and Elsa were meant to be. Elsa could cool him down when his ambition became too much, and Hans could keep her warm when she felt alone. They created a perfect balance and brought out the best in each other from the very beginning. At first there was a mutual hatred, and how could there not be. Hans was loud and prideful, and Elsa was cold and unsociable. When Elsa turned out to be a "monster" no one knew how to react. She had these beautifully dangerous powers, but no control. Elsa's fear made her dangerous. No one knew of the powers that had been hidden in that Arendellian castle, including her sister Anna. It suddenly made sense why Elsa was kept locked away. Hans was utterly mystified by her powers while others were afraid. Which is why he was the one to step up and after to go after her that night.
