After coming out and then being abandoned by his parents the year before, Fang struggles with his internal conflict of loving himself and in turn being worthy of it. It's the start of the Sophomore year and with his new negative outlook on life, all he wants is to move on from his past and find a way out of his small town. At the start of first period he meets a new boy in town, Carver, who's about to change his entire outlook on life. Carver seems like the perfect guy for Fang to forget the things he wants, but what he doesn't know is that Carver comes with his own mysterious, dark past as well.
