His father is a scientist and inventor, and even though not all the villagers like Virgil he doesn't care. He thought his only problem would be dealing with Lukas Gaston, the only other gay man in his village his age, but his life is turned upside down when he volunteers to take his fathers place as a prisoner in a castle that belongs to a beast. *Completed* The crowned prince of the Andreas kingdom, Prince Roman was blessed, or as he sees it cursed, to appear to people as their ideal version of beauty. The stress of it all had caused him and his twin brother, Remus, to run away. They had everything planned out, for the most part, but when the ship they ran away on is overtaken by pirates, they impulsively joined the crew. The captain of the ship, known as the Masked Pirate for he wore a black mask that covered his whole face, seemed like a stoic man to the public, but the twins quickly see his love for his crew. The twins believe that they had found the perfect family, and the best life. Until a deadly curse is placed upon the captain, and the crew has to rush to find an island that holds a fountain that can wash away curses before it's too late. The problem is that the island moves, and they're being chased down by someone who wants the captain dead. Pairings will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus, if it's not your jam that's fine you don't need to read. I will display trigger warnings at the beginning of ever chapter, which will include blood and death. There will also be slight cursing, no slurs. *completed* Despite being only 17, Virgil's had a horrible life, living in an orphanage and being an outcast at school, and it just got even worse when he's kidnapped by a freaking cult! He thought he was dead for sure when they started sacrificing him to some demon, but apparently the demon chose to serve him since he was the one giving away his blood to summon them. Now he's stuck with a demon named Roman who will take his soul when he dies, yeah, that's probably the worst thing that's happen to him so far. Or so it seemed at first... The ships will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus because I'm basic I will display trigger warnings at the beginning for every chapter as needed, which will include bullying, gore, death (but not main character death), cults, lots of religious things (including a bit of Christianity), divorce, and cursing. He tries to convince himself he's happy as he returns to his house every night after working overtime and falling asleep on the couch only to start the cycle again the next day. One day he passes by a school after having to take a different route because of roadworks and he spots a cheery, light brown haired teacher by the elementary school.
