What is love?
Jay had always asked herself that question. The constant memories of horrific events that took place earlier in her life were a reminder of why she secluded herself away from incidents that could scar her once more, although all of that was before she met Him.
Emmanuel Anders, captain of Eastwood high's basketball team and just like Jay he had an air of mystery surrounding him. They were similar yet so different, two unusual teens whose story started with attraction at first sight, but like every scarred teenager love was not an option
Behind her smile was a broken heart, behind her laughter she was falling apart, behind her eyes were tears at night, behind her body was a soul trying to fight...Throw in a ton adventure, mystery, and drama with a touch of love, and you'll be one of the sailors of the best ship to cruise the love sea.
