this is the lore and idea behind a Destiny 2 raid idea I've had for a while, which is basically about a sub species of Fallen I call the "House of Shadows" which are a highly advanced that would show up in a future DLC along with the Veil, but not playing a major part until a later DLC or game for now.

An entity that is so...useless. Plagued with Corruption, it is weak in the eyes of the most feared Sith Lord of them all. Darth Xynarus. Born as Thespian Palpatine, the oldest child of the Palpatine bloodline and elder brother to Darth Sidious, Thespian is a man who understands the laws of pain, manipulation, and darkness. Both him and Sheev were trained by Darth Plagueis The Wise, and whilst they both excelled in the Dark Side, Plagueis clearly picked Thespian as the favourite. Teaching him how to remain forever youthful along with the unnatural ability of Midichlorian Manipulation, Plagueis saw far more potential in Xynarus, that he did Sidious. Potential...that was not unfounded. Years later, Xynarus has been travelling the Galaxy under the guise of the well-known and respected, high ranking member of the Kuat Shipyards, seeming to be the wise, strategic, professional, lead ship designer that has invented and built ships such as the Venator Class Star Destroyer, and the well known, Lucrehulk Battleship. However, under the mask of Head Ship designer, Thespian, the unknown elder brother of Sheev Palpatine, prefers to be known as Lord Xynarus, and is a major player in the galactic-wide chess game that his younger sibling is playing, and whilst he acts like he unaware of his sibling's endgame... The Secret Apprentice | Vader x OC
#6 in #DarthVader (6/20/24) This story will not be a straight forward romance journey, as Vader is a dynamically difficult character. I intend to keep him as in-character as I possibly can, meaning this story will not be all butterflies and rainbows. There will be abuse in many forms, as he will not be one to easily open himself to anybody else other than Padme. If you expect a happy story, this is not for you. Reina is one of two daughters who happen to be descendants of the galaxy's most successful family of engineers, the Vondars. A bumpy beginning to her life had led her and her sister, Sabel, into a life of slavery upon the planet Geonosis. Upon being discovered by the Empire, her seemly-infinite skillset with construction, ability to repair mechanics in near record timing, and overall usefulness to the developing Death Star attracts the attention of none other than Darth Vader himself. The two inseparable siblings are ripped apart from one another, their dream of joining the rebellion together dies alongside what Reina thought she knew about her own past. Beyond anyone's control, Reina grew to resent the man who gave her a new meaning in life. Her hatred for him entangled with Vader's own for her, the two of them craving nothing more than to feel the other's blood on their hands. Despite this hatred, an unexpected twist of desire arose between the two. The fear of love that had been buried deep within their own seething hatred eventually began to expose itself. Will Vader allow himself to continue holding onto the past, allow the fear of potentially losing somebody else continue to push her away? Or will he give in and protect her in ways he was unable to with Padmé. This story will be as close to canon as I can possibly make it, and Vader will still have to rely on his suit to breathe.
