Hope and Josie are attending their senior year together at the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted in a healthy relationship (aside from Josie's medical condition, hypoxia). Things are going great until Hope gets a scholarship for her outstanding artwork to Oxford University, which is 4000 miles away. Hope and Josie attempt a long distance relationship, but begin drifting apart.
