Kailani has lived in Florida her whole life. But everything canges when her parents die and she end up living with her uncle in Hawaii. She think her life is over until she me meets Noah, a surfer boy who has spent most of his life in the water. They end up falling for each other but because of Kailani's past she starts to push him away. Will Noah be able to save Kailani or will Kailani end up breathing water.
