"I mean, why are you throwing yourself on me?" He had a glimmer in his eye, I'm not sure, but If I had to guess, I would say it was regret or sorrow.
"Okay, I see where this is going... Sorry I bothered." I turned and saw Madison with a smirk on her face and basically the whole school staring at me. I was humiliated.
