The story is set in the fictional city of New Hope, USA. Hank Burkes is a detective working with the NHPD when he faces his toughest case yet. A new serial killer is on the loose and he only leaves half a body at the crime scene. Can he stop the killer before he claims more victims? Will this case lead him to solve an unknown conspiracy?
