The year is 1968, and Carina Wisteria has moved to the city of Querencia to study to be a music producer. The town seem like a perfect place for a former valedictorian and law-abiding citizen like her. Only problem is: it's the only city that makes rock n' roll illegal in all forms and anyone caught playing or performing it will be arrested. She doesn't seem to mind it much, until she runs into the leader of the Palaye Royale gang, Remington Leith.
The first time she meets him, she wants nothing to do with him, then finds herself drawn toward him and his electrifying world of rock n' roll. When they start to grow close together, many forces will try to break them apart, including the dark secret that might drive him away from her.
