Gwynn is a peasant elf who knows nothing other than she picks strawberries for the richer people. But there is talk of a powerful pearl that gives the holder unthinkable power. The gods of the world want it for themselves in order for no one to takeover. Gwynn gets mixed up in it when her father is attacked by the gods' men. A group of adolescents arrive to help. They take Gwynn back with them, thinking she may not be like others. She may be an abilitir. Creatures with certain abilities. They are the only ones able to stop the gods and defeat them. Gwynn has to let go of all past connections, including her father. Gwynn goes through a series of tasks to find her ability and soon she finds herself on a quest, along with three others, looking for the pearl. Will they succeed? Will they win the battle against all gods?

Empress of Fire

14 parts Complete

Lian snuck out of the imperial palace and exposed the village healer to be a fraud and a devil-worshipper. Cursed by the spurned fire god, Huogwai, and disgraced and cast out by the royal family, Lian set out with her manservant Emiru to the kingdom of fire to rid her of the curse of uncontrollable flames for a chance to regain her claim to the throne. But being a fire disciple meant she was a practitioner of the forbidden arts. For those that hunt her kind, the game had just started.
