there was a girl named Cindy. her parents were killed in a car crash when she was 10, she's now 14. she has been in the foster system since then. no one ever adopted her. when she would wake up she would sing a song that her parents sang her before they died. her life was hard but she got through it with singing. lives in new york

kidnapped & murdered everyone who bullied him. police never solved the murders labeled them cold cases. lives in Florida.

KBI agent 
KBI : kidnapping bureau of investigation 
he got Cindy's case. he never gave up.  lives in New York.
