Izuku Midoriya was peacefully living with his mother, Inko Midoriya, in Japan. He got into his dream hero school, UA Highschool and became friends withn his classmates. Even his relationship with his childhood friend/bully, Katsuki Bakugou (a.k.a. Kacchan), improved immensely.
He and his class had gone through a lot, but he always thought that he wouldn't want it any other way, seeing as though it helped them develop both as people and as heroes.
Everything was the same as usual, but one day, with one letter, his life changed completely.

What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up. Midoriya Inko gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, just so she could die. Doesn't sound quite fair, right? Well sorry, that's how life is. Inko asked her best friend, Bakugo Mitsuki, if she could adopt her baby, Izuku. Mitsuki happily agreed through tears. Izuku isn't quite a Midoriya anymore, now he's a Midoriya-Bakugo. Also Katsuki's baby brother. And it may sound surprising, but Katsuki's actually nice to him! Katsuki was still sad of... her... death when Izuku came. It just seemed too soon.
