The mission was to extract information from an agent in jungle. Drop in grab the info from the location and quickly and quietly move through the jungle to exfil. Easy in out intel mission. But... She was so quiet I didn't even hear her, next thing I know I have a gun to my temple and a set of eyes fixed on me. She took the information package and was gone in seconds. But those eyes, she saw right through me just as I did her. Those few moments felt like hours. I can't get those eyes out of my mind. Three hours later she's waiting for me at the exfil site. I can't let her get to me, crawl under my skin. But I have to know more about her. Soap says she goes by Reaper and she's assisting the 141 in taking down a terrorist organisation. It's a big mission plenty of time for me to find out what I need to know, what's behind those eyes... before Soap gives her all my secrets. WARNING. This is a violent fanfic. Agent 8 now free is now living his new life on the surface, working, going on missions, and his favorite thing getting to spend time with 3. 3 is enjoying spending time with 8, but after going on a research mission in the Deepsea Metro she notices 8 acting strange. She found him mumbling to himself, he's having nightmares, being more claggy to 3 than normal, and swears that she caught a flash of teal in his eye. It couldn't be that bad... till 8 goes missing. The team is on the case to find him but sometime into the search Inklings sharing some of 3's similarities are getting attacked and 3's apartment gets ransacked. It's clear 8 is after 3 and if he finds her, he's not letting her go.
