Alex POV
A happy blonde girl keeps looking at me. Who the hell is she? Whatever. I don't want to deal with this. I thought, shooting a death glare at the optimistic new girl. Naturally, people like her would back off. She stopped looking, so that satisfied me. But she still gave me a smile before looking away. Why are people always so... happy? She talked to the bar girl about the master. I hate having sensitive ears.

Solana POV
She entered the office with a bright smile. It had been a while since she had been in there.
Definitely rebuilt. She'd need to make sure she learned the floor plan before exploring the Guild.
"What is it?" The question sounded more like a declaration than anything.
"Wow, some greeting. Last time I saw you was 6 years ago." She rolled her eyes.
"Ha! Solana my child, I haven't seen you in a good while. Was the mission difficult?"
"The reward made up for it." A smirk.
The short man had climbed on top of the desk and hopped down to greet the young mage. With a proud smile on his face, he opened his arms, and Solana completed the hug.
He sighed, "It truly has been a while since I've seen you."
