Lilith can remember the sounds of cars and crowded places. She can remember the smell of burgers and popcorn. She distinctly recalls the laughter of children.
But she cannot recall her own life. She only knows her name and that the world she woke up in is not her own. It was already hard enough not knowing who she is but waking up in a new world is another thing. Especially when she comes across two kingdoms at war.
Can Lilith figure out who she is and where she belongs before she grows attached to those she meats along the way? Or will the strange visions that she has tear apart everything that she is starting to learn and love?
Only time can tell.

This is a story about a girl who lived for 300 years and is continuing her journey with different people and different families. As she continues her journey, she started getting hints of her real identity, but is scared to find out the truth so she keeps on ignoring it. Find out how she continued her lonely life and how she managed to survive. Will she find someone who will love and accept her? Or will she die alone? Is she one of the demons? Veiled in Light and Ruin
Every year, Lyra's village gathers beneath the ancient statues of the Fates, offering prayers and sacrifices to keep the creeping darkness at bay. The Ruined Kingdom stands in the distance, a forbidden place where no one enters and no one leaves. A place ruled by a king who does not age, does not die, and does not care for the world beyond his walls. Lyra has never believed in fate, only in survival. With her mother's health failing, she is willing to do whatever it takes to save what little she has left. But when this year's ritual goes terribly wrong, Lyra is taken-ripped from the life she knows and thrust into the heart of a kingdom lost to time. There, she is told she has been chosen. That she, along with others, must vie for the favor of a king no one has seen in over a century. But something is wrong within the castle's walls. Whispers of the past haunt her steps, and the King-cold, untouchable, and shrouded in secrets-watches her too closely. War. One act of violence tore families apart and sent royalty into hiding. Fleeing from the burning ruins of her home, Princess Katrina and her mother are forced into hiding, leaving behind all that they knew only for it to be taken away again. Left alone and afraid, an incident forces the very young princess to lose her memories and forget all about who she is and where she belongs. Discovered by a woodsman and his son, she becomes a member of the family. Raised with love and care, she yearns to run free in the forest until one day men come searching for the lost princess. An attack on her family sends her deep into the forest where all her troubles seem to begin. Now she is trying desperately to get back to where she belongs.
