Frank Iero is a boy living in 2011 while Gerard Way is a boy living in 1993- the only thing connecting them is one old tree.
Through notes, pictures, and carvings in the woods, the two start to fall in love. But their love is cut short when they hit adult hood and must move on.
When Frank begins college and Gerard seems to be fading from his memory, life seems to be going back to normal. But there's definitely something familiar about his english professor...

Gerard Way goes to his usual place at the old windmill after school. When he turns the corner he finds a small boy, Frank Iero.
