In comes Matthew Evans, part time business owner and full time dad to 4 year old Issabell. A sweet little girl that has grown up without a mother in her life.

When his daughter believes that Meghan is her mother. Matthew sees this as a way to bring back his daughter's smiles and laughter. So he does what any other dad would do, try to make her a permanent fixture in their lives.
