    The word has followed Brina closer than anything. That's what she was, that's what she was afraid of truly becoming. Cast out from her home; the soul survivor of a tragic plague, Brina is left alone with her demons. 
    
    The she meets him. Hurt, alone, a monster- just like her. 
    
    Brina has the power to save the world or destroy it. When she realizes that her dream of a happy ending might not come true, she sets out to stop the bad. But will she be enough? Or will she become the monster everyone has thought her to be?
