How I heal 
Is a poetry book that I've been working on for a while it's mostly poetry about sexual trauma, depression, anxiety and just some other stuff if you were easily triggered by sexual trauma/sexual abuse this book is NOT for you so please DO NOT READ. writing this was really hard for me but this is the only way I can get it out so I'm sorry if easily triggered. I am not a professional writer so if things are punctuated badly or words are misspelled please forgive me. like I said I am not a writer this is just a place where I can heal and vent my emotions of what happened to me.
