I managed to jump out of the car as it continued flipping. I landed in the mud, rolling a few times before being able to get back on my feet. I looked at her a few feet away from me. I could see blood pooling around her body and mixing with the water. No, this couldn't be happening. I jumped up and ran to her body. I picked her head up, laying it in my lap.
