A man, who had fought for his country and her interest for a good portion of his life wanted nothing more than a slow and perhaps,quiet,life. However fate has a twisted sense of humour as he gets thrown into a twisted reality with so called "shipgirls" fighting against some anomaly forces with many rather too familiar events and faces in a mysterious enigmatic situation. Will he be able to solve it or befall a doomed end?
