Which one of my parents killed my baby brother? That is a question Jeremy Preston has had his whole life... In 1970, eight-month-old Christopher Preston is killed in his home. His parents, Harry and Jessie, accuse each other of the murder, although Harry Preston is the one who is arrested. Decades pass, and as Christopher's brother Jeremy gets older he starts asking questions, questions which lead to doubts that his father was the killer after all. In a story that spans almost five decades and three narrators, see Jeremy as his life unfolds and his quest to find the seemingly never-ending truth to the lifelong question - which one of his parents murdered his brother?

Seventeen-year-old Samantha has been hiding the truth about her mother's death for many years, but the truth is about to come to light. It seems somone knows what happened that night, someone who isn't her. But how is that possible when she hasn't told anyone? How is that possible when the person who knows so much about her is a complete stranger? As more and more truths come to light, it seems Sam isn't the only one who's been keeping secrets. And it seems the events of that night aren't as straightforward as Sam thinks, nor was she the only one involved. ****** This story contains violence but it's not as graphic as other stories. I put warnings in front of the violent chapters. ****** Enjoy reading!
