So, abandoning their family and everything they have ever known, they went to New York like Shen had always dreamed, going under false names to keep hidden from Saki. As far as he and the world knew, Shen and Yoshi had died that night in the fire. It was hard being in an unfamiliar place with no family or friends to turn to but Yoshi and Shen made it through, like they always do.
