I am posting the first four chapters of my book The Girls of Charity here on Wattpad. The full book can be purchased online. I always make sure to disclose that even though I work long and hard hours on all my books that they are by no means perfect. There are mistakes from grammar and punctuations. The Girls of Charity is my first self-published book and when I wrote it, I didn't have a great program on my laptop to help me make corrections as best as I possibly could. However, this version, I am pretty sure, is the revised edition I had resubmitted last summer but however more-than-likely might have mistakes also. I apologize in advance if you feel you have wasted your time and or money on my works. Thanks

"It's just- there's something about the moon that's ethereal. I don't really know how to describe it, but it's a constant in life. You can't always see it, but you have to trust that it's out there somewhere. And when you can see it, it's all bright and shiny and overcomes the darkness." I paused, searching for the right words. "I don't know. I guess it's a reminder that there are good things out there, even if you can't see them... And it's cool to think that someone hundreds of miles away is staring at the exact same moon as you. It makes me feel not so alone in life." Turning my head, I saw him staring at me intently with a thoughtful look on his face. "Too deep for a Friday night?" I laughed nervously, feeling my face grow hot. Book two in The Someday Series It's been five years since Sydney Graves left Westville behind after Brooks crushed her heart and the future they had someday hoped to have. Life in North Carolina has been everything she dreamed it would be but she can't help but feel her heart is still tied to the past. Every time she tries to move on the heartbreak that haunts her refuses to release its grip. Ready to put her past behind her, Sydney and Quinn decide it's time to return to their roots for a visit in search of the closure they desperately need. It's not until life unexpectedly takes a turn that Sydney decides her time back home isn't as short-term as she thought and she finds herself tangled up in business with none other than Brooks Dawson. Tempers flare, passion ignites and Sydney tries everything she can to let go of him for good. Brooks Dawson is more broody and less charming than the boy he was in high school. He has built a successful business and created a life that would make his late father proud. There is no chaos and nothing unexpected until the night that Sydney Graves came sauntering back into their small town like she owned the place. Her presence unlocked a piece of Brooks that he had buried long ago but he can't seem to keep his feelings at bay or his distance from the girl he loved. As he tries to keep a handle on his life and his heart things get messy, tensions grow and he's forced to take a look at his life and the way he's been living it. Can Brooks and Sydney find their way as friends or will his place in her life always be in her heart? Will they let go of each other for good or will the tether that's always held them together prove stronger after all? *there are sensitive subjects talked about regarding grief and loved ones receiving cancer treatment. my goal is to treat these topics with complete respect and care.

Ironic considering her brother was renowned around the town of Derry for his rebelliousness. But there was absolutely no doubt that the younger sibling of the two was a loser. No one wanted to be her friend in fear that she was just as bitchy as her brother, no boy wanted to be on the receiving end of a protective threat from Henry Bowers and in between making sure she lived through the day and avoiding unwanted confrontation, Amanda didn't do too well in school. The future didn't look bright. Yet she had cursed herself with the hope that one day, outside of Derry, she could make something of herself. Big dreams and a big heart would make a big success. And although everyone around her told her it was impossible, a group of friends she miraculously made over the summer had great expectations for her. However, these friendships are put to the test and threatened when a horror from the sewers of Derry unleashes itself on the town during the summer that Amanda had planned to spend lazily reading books all the time. The holidays turned out to be much more eventful than she had originally planned. Stanley Uris x Female OC IT 2017
