Kirby had been missing from Dreamland for quite some time, his warp star never found. It almost seemed like the pink puffball had vanished from the place.
It was only when two teens found the long lost warp star that they found themselves on what looked like a one way trip to the whimsical place, but being literal aliens they probably wouldn't be welcomed with open arms.
The fact that King Dedede had issued a call to arms upon their appearance just made things worse.

This is also an AU so it might line up with the canon but I definitely don't want this to ever happen to Escargoon. So this story is gonna talk about death so be warned.
