When Adelaide moves with her family for what seems like the millionth time, she ends up in a town in the middle of nowhere. She befriends Sonny, the girl in her class. Sonny is everything that Adelaide is not; bright and bubbly, and social. they take on the quiet town together, sneaking out at night to regain themselves and their youth. But Adelaide doesn't know that she will not only find herself during the nights with Sonny, but she will discover that she is in love with her.
