Hermione has been best friends with Cortez Díaz since she was in the fifth grade. Cortez had pretty brown eyes, tanned skin, curly brown hair, and thick eyebrows. For as long as she could remember she had never been to Cortez's house, ever. Never met his dad and didn't hear stories about his mom. One day randomly Cortez asked her a question that threw her off completely.


This book has a big age gap. 
This book does not follow the story line of omb at all. 

So in this story Cesar and the rest of the group doesn't exist. Oscar has a kid at 15 and the mother ran off after the kid was born. Oscar did go to prison but Sad Eyes took care of his kid. The kid is now 17 and Oscar is 32 and still the leader of Los Santos.
