The culprit was a girl with blonde hair, golden bloodthirsty eyes, and looked around to be the same age as you.

Your quirk is Paralyze.. If you look into somebody's eyes for three seconds, they will become paralyzed. When The League of Villains find out about you, a certain blonde is interested. They approach you with an offer: to join The League of Villains.
