Winter started to erase everything around her into dust and ashes. She hated everything, she just wanted to kill them all. She hated them, she hated herself. She hated how she continued to care and help others when they only hurt her in return. Why help them when they only brought her pain? She just wanted everything to disappear! "Win....! ......ter!" Winter heard her name being called but ignored it and continued to attack everything around her, including the owner of the voice that was desperately calling out to her. ~ Whether she was fortunate or not, no one can truly say. Winter is suddenly thrust into a world where nothing is as calm as it seems. There was something wrong about the place. Why was it always so peaceful? Nothing seemed to go wrong, and that is what truly scares her. She then encounters the UGR - Undercover Ghost Reapers - a strange organization that delt with criminals.

"They are so... dead," Theara look up from her bloodied hands and grabbed a fistfull of her hair as she shuddered. His icy blue eyes narrowed as they searched her pale green eyes skeptically. "There is no way you can sugercoat what you just did, Theara. And then on top of it all, your excuse is nothing short of crazy. You're a murderer." She wanted to argue, but the evidence spoke for itself. She was a mess. Vulnerable. Fragile had never been so lethal. And she was had the audacity to enjoy her new found, murderous power. ◇ ◇ ◇ The quaint lake town of Old Linden's skeletons come tumbling out when Moss Vale's anomalies start leaking out in the broader society and wreak havoc on life as they knew it. On the outside she looks like the every day teenager just trying to survive the last year of school, but in reality Theara Carter is genetic tampering at its worst, a by product of greed, science and miscalculations.
