Flicker of Hope

Torch has a dark past, and an even darker future.
Orbit, the Umbreon, attends the same school as Torch, the Flareon. Orbit is still relatively new to the area and needs help from someone who is familiar with their surroundings. By fate, she meets Torch, twice. Eventually falling head over heals for him, however... Torch is already in a relationship. But unbeknownst to everyone, Torch is abused.

Torch's girlfriend has been cheating behind his back, the Flareon had found out a month ago, and soon after thats when he unwillingly walked straight into hell.

Torch has never dared to tell anyone, fearing for his own life.
Orbit eventually discovers his secret in a heartbreaking way...
