The 53rd class of Hopes Peak Academy find themselves is quite the situation, when the 77th class blows up part of the building. The world's biggest, most awful, most tragic event in human history started that day, due to that specific class. Well, that's what everyone thought at first. That was until Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, reveals himself as a traitor, having lied about all his intentions. He had never cared about the others, but was merely acting. *Lying*. He was an Ultimate Despair, second to that of Junko Enoshima. But is that really the truth of the matter? A/N Hey, so I came up with this idea a long time ago, and I just decided to write it because I don't have much else to do. It's just a 'what if' scenario if Kokichi had been a Remnant of Despair, really. There might be some shippy stuff, I don't really know. Hajime Hinata wasn't expecting much when he won the lottery to attend Hope's Peak Academy. The only reason he applied was so he could guarantee scholarship money to go to the same university as his childhood friend Chiaki. Being an average student, he didn't think he would make much of an impact on his classmates or even the school as a whole. However, after returning one of Gundham's Dark Deva's of Destruction, he opened the door to become one of the school's hosts in the café, or Ultimates as they're more well known. When he decides to join the Ultimate Club, he gets to know those working in the café, but there's only one person he wants to get to know better: Nagito Komaeda. Luckily, it seems Nagito wants to get to know him better, too, but Hajime is too afraid to make his move. Hopefully Nagito will be coax his way into Hajime's heart.
