But when it suddenly disappears, whether it was stolen, borrowed, or just unplaced Blaze is furious. She knows she has to get it back, her whole life is practically written on those pages.

And the fact that she's not terrified of him like everyone else, is really bothering him. So when he accidentally on purpose finds her diary, he's not about to give it back that easily.
