Ang Pamantasan (The Institution in other Campuses) ay isang exclusive university na iilan at pili lamang ang nakakapasok.
Bago makapasok ang isang estudyante sa unibersidad na ito, kailangan munang maipasa ang lahat ng mga Pagsusulit na inihanda ng Konseho para sa mga Napili (Chosen Ones), dahil dito nakasalalay ang Ranking ng estudyante sa buong Unibersidad.
Wala pa namang estudyante ang bumagsak sa mga Pagsusulit na ito, kung hindi mo ituturing bilang Napili si Don Buencamino.

Si Don ay isang patpating binata na naghahangad lamang na makapasok sa isang magandang unibersidad. Hangad niya lang na makapagtapos ng pag-aaral at maging isang successful Businessman balang araw upang makatulong sa kanyang mga magulang.
Ngunit sa kasamaang palad, wala sa kahit na anumang Entrance Exam ang naipasa niya. Pero ang good news, may isang unibersidad na tumanggap sa kanya; although wala siyang kaide-ideya kung saan at anong university 'yon.
Ang mahalaga lang naman sa kanya ay makatapos at maging Businessman... Or so he thought.
