The moonlight was was dimly shining through the dense foliage, helping me dodge the trees that seemed to appear out of no where. The chanting seemed to be getting louder, as did my racing heart. My breaths were coming out in short pants and all I wanted to do more than anything at this very moment is to curl up into a ball and escape reality, but of course the adrenaline pumping through my body wouldn’t allow such a thing. This whole scenario is just like a bad dream, and just like in any bad dream I fall over.
