Several years have passed since the murders of 1979. Four people died that day. Jamie has since been taken into foster care, her new family consisting of her caring foster sister Carrie and foster parents Eddie and Susie. The young girl is relentlessly bullied for her social ineptitude and orphan status. Her friends Jude and Shawn are comforting, however, as are her teachers Mrs.Grendel and Mr.Spencer.
As Valentine's Day descends upon the suburban town, Carrie and a few of her classmates help set up a school disco for Jamie's school. The people at the disco soon find that a killer is picking them off...
