It's been 50 years since the 13 Districts were defeated, and it marks the occasion of the Quarter Quell, the 50th Annual Hunger Games. With double the amount of tributes, and only one victor, the odds are not in the poor kid from District 12, Haymitch Abernathy's, favor.
