Mary Ann is a young woman that works at city hall. She is troubled and perturbed, though that isn't clear to many on the outside. Though everyday seems to mold into all of those that came before, Mary find herself falling further into herself and confusion at hearing some mildly unfortunate news on another regular Thursday. This short narrative is about Mary's rapid downward spiral and demise. It is also largely written through Mary's POV. Though not in first person, but as how she views and takes in what is happening around her. ~~~ This story is a novel in verse that I wrote for my creative writing class. I'm not a very experienced writer, and I'd appreciate constructive criticism :) *Please Note that I'm no expert on topics such as government jobs and how therapy sessions play out along with other scenarios I wrote about. However I tried my very best to write these scenes in an intriguing way that could move the plot forward.
