It's been seven years since the events of the book: Mockingjay, occurred. Katniss has been living peacefully with her husband, Peeta, and her two children: Rye and Willow. Book 1 Peeta loved her first and she loved him second, or was it all just a ploy to survive? They were thrown into the games together, but only one could come out. . or so they said. Book 2 Katniss and Peeta have managed to survive the hunger games. But what the Capitol will throw at them next will require more then just wits and cunning. Will they make it through the rough waters, or will they crash and slowly fall apart? Book 3 You can only live with half of yourself for so long before you break. . or at least that's what people have been telling her. Katniss and Peeta are happy living a normal life with their 2 children. What happens when they make a fatal mistake? It results in another hunger games. The last hunger games. District 12 girl Adalayne volunteers. From her POV she goes into the Hunger Games, different hunger games with many challenging obstacles. She experiences love, betrayal, and sadness as she makes her journey. Hiiii so this is a sequel to the hunger games series. I recommend reading the trilogy and the prequel before you read this. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. "Why do bad things happen to good people?"
