Everything can be avoided or at least you can try.
When destiny comes knocking at your door, you can choose not to opet them. But, sooner or later, you will have to get out and in order to do that, you will have to opet them and face what is behind them.

Destiny brought Zayn Malik to Helen's door, even though they are not supposed to be together. They will try to avoid it and fight it, but eventually they will fall for ecah other and that will be the beginning of a real fight.
