Headmistress McGonagall has decided everyoe under age will be retaking the year the just graduated seeing as proper teaching was thrown out the window. I mean the war had drastic effects on anyone involved or with family involved. Hermione Granger will be attending and is dragging along her boyfriend and best friend. The trio are invited back to Hogwarts to finish the education they missed out in their seventh year (original concept - I know). However, McGonagall requests that they stay in the Slytherin dorms due to a bullying incident. Oh my god they have to share a dorm with Draco, who coulda guessed it. A year after the war, Hogwarts has been rebuilt and the students have returned, including a temporary 'eighth year' class to make up from the time lost during the war. Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy have both returned, though neither is exactly the same after the events of the war. Harry has turned away from his Golden Boy exterior, no longer caring what others think and for the first time, doing what he wants. Draco just wants to move past the events of the war, to get this last year of school over with so he can move on with his life. Both have expectations placed upon them that they can't seem to live up to and maybe they don't want to either.Complete
