She's technically not a Pogue and she's not a Kook, she's a ghost with nowhere to go, so do the same Pogue vs Kook laws and rules apply to her when she finds herself living on the island?

Refrain: Outer Banks x Reader
This is Outer Banks characters x Reader story inspired by Outer Banks and the events that are going in the series (heavy emphasis on close relationships with Rafe Cameron and the Pogues). The story follows the reader who just moved from New York to Outer Banks, where her family originated from.
