A mysterious girl washes up unconscious on the Outer Banks in none other than John B's backyard. Nobody knows her name or who she is and neither does she.
She's technically not a Pogue and she's not a Kook, she's a ghost with nowhere to go, so do the same Pogue vs Kook laws and rules apply to her when she finds herself living on the island?
